For longer stays or where operationally required, our dedicated housekeeping or maintenance team may occasionally need access to the apartment, for example to collect used linen, deliver fresh linen or carry out essential checks. Guests do not need to be present for this. Advance notice will always be given.

• No air conditioning, which is common in London homes. A fan is provided / may be available.

• Heating is available throughout the apartment.

• Professionally managed property with hotel-standard cleaning and professionally laundered bed linen and towels.

• For longer stays or operational needs, our housekeeping or maintenance team may occasionally require access (for example linen exchange or essential checks). Advance notice will always be given.

• Only registered guests included in the booking may stay at the property.

• No parties, events or smoking inside the apartment.

• Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially late evenings.

• No parking is provided. Public transport links are excellent, with buses nearby and Clapham Junction around 10 minutes away.
